Atlante NX — Site documentary base

Atlante NX builds, from a point (or a perimeter), the documentary base of a report: it queries the Italian public territorial sources, collects the evidence with body, licence, date and numbered reference, composes the plates and produces a Word document shaped like a report, with the chapters left for you to complete. It is free: all you need is a GeoStru account, created in a minute.

It is for whoever writes geological, geotechnical, seismic, structural, hydraulic and agronomic reports: geologists, engineers, architects, agronomists, surveyors, companies and public bodies.

What it does

  • Queries the public sources at the point and around it: ISPRA geology and lithology, landslide and flood hazard (IdroGEO), IFFI landslide inventory, ITHACA capable faults, seismic classification, NTC 2018 seismic parameters, seismic microzonation (WebMS), INGV events, registered boreholes (Law 464/84), cadastral parcel, Corine land cover.
  • Distinguishes three outcomes per source: found, nothing at the point (the source answered and nothing is mapped: not proof of absence), unavailable (the service did not answer).
  • Composes the plates: road or satellite base, source layer, site, radius, perimeter, graphic scale, north, legend and attributions.
  • Writes the text with the assistant, from the evidence only and with the reference [n] on every sentence; what the sources do not cover goes to "to be checked".
  • Reads your surveys (PDF) and proposes the data it finds, with page and quotation, to be accepted one by one.
  • Produces the Word file with table of contents, foreword and method, scope and limits of the assignment, one chapter per theme, checks to complete, conclusions (yours), sources and portals.
  • Hands the site over to the NX apps (Seismic Parameters, Loadcap, Slope, LiquiTer, RSL III, Stratigrapher, Dynamic Probing, Maps, Hydrogeo): coordinates and municipality arrive pre-filled.

What it is not

It is not the report and does not replace it. The dossier collects what public sources return remotely, at their scale and on the date of the request; the subsoil model, the judgement on the works and the conclusions remain with the professional who signs.
