FAQ

How much does it cost?

Atlante NX is free: you only need a GeoStru account, created in a minute with e-mail confirmation. No credits are spent on dossiers, plates, Word files or perimeters. The assistant (text and PDF analysis) is covered by a free monthly allowance per user. The calculation apps you continue to (Loadcap, Slope, …) run on credits: on registration you receive thirty welcome credits.

Why do so many items say "nothing at the point"?

Because the source answered and, at the scale of its mapping, nothing is reported at the point: no PAI perimeters, no IFFI landslides, no capable faults. That is information, and the dossier writes it with due caution. It is not proof of absence of hazard or constraints: scale, edition and applicability to the plot remain to be checked, and the Word file lists that among the checks to complete.

A source is "unavailable". What now?

The body's service did not answer within the time limit (it happens: services go down without notice). The dossier completes anyway and the Word file lists the datum among those to acquire. Rerun the dossier from My dossiers later: previous dossiers are kept.

Can I trust the text?

It is written from the evidence only, with a [n] reference on every sentence, and validated on return (non-existent references removed, sections without sources discarded). But it is a draft: read and revise it as you would a colleague's. The dossier and the Word file say so.

My survey PDF is not read correctly

The model reports only what is written; complex tables, low-quality scans or ambiguous units can produce imprecise proposals. That is why every proposal carries page and quotation: check on the document and tick only what is correct. Nothing enters the dossier without your selection.

Where do my PDFs go?

They stay in your dossier, on the app server, visible only to you; they are sent to the model that analyses them and nowhere else, and deleted with Remove (or with the dossier, after 12 months).

Why does the Word file have empty chapters?

Because they are yours: "Conclusions" and the subsoil model do not derive from public sources. The Word file is shaped like a report so that you find the chapters in the right place, not to fill them in for you.

Does it work outside Italy?

Not today: the sources are the Italian national ones. Extensions to other countries are planned.

How many dossiers can I make?

Twenty per day per account and three in progress at once; they are kept for twelve months. If you need more, write to info@geostru.ai.
